I’m Nayeon — I turn human behavior into thoughtful experiences.
Growing up between Korea and the U.S., I naturally became an observer. Navigating different cultures meant constantly watching how environments and contexts shape behavior, which sparked my deep curiosity about how people move through the world.
This curiosity led me to Service Design Engineering, where I learned to translate those observations into structured research and strategy. It taught me to look beyond what people do to understand why they do it, and how design can quietly guide them toward clarity.
I want to continue exploring how people make decisions within complex systems. My goal is to create environments where thoughtful design serves as a quiet form of guidance, helping people live with a little more certainty, ease, and direction.
